Golden Corral’s Crab Salad is always on the dry side…this picture looks a little too creamy for theirs….I love and pile my plate high with their crab salad…I love it too…

The longer it is refrigerated, the more it will absorb the dressing. You could use less dressing and mayo if desired. The crab I had on hand was also chopped very small. This is the first dish I always put on my plate at GC.
