I love rye bread but never make it because it would go to waste with just me eating it.  I had a girl's night in with a few close friends and planned on having a reuben dip.  This was perfect for the dip, the bread did come out a bit dry but I toasted it anyway for the dip.*  It had a great flavor to it.

I'm pretty sure Paula Deen and I have the same palate, I just wish I had her imagination and skills.  This corn casserole was so yummy!  I added the green chiles and only used 1/2 of the cheese and creamed corn that it called for.  I also substituted the sour cream with greek no-fat yogurt (my new love).  I will definitely be making this again.

This was really very tasty.  My daughter ate some and dipped hers in maple syrup.  I drizzled some bbq sauce over my slice and it was very good that way as well.  You could assemble this the night before, just cover the bundt pan with plastic wrap to avoid the dough drying out and keep it in the refrigerator.

This is the first time I have ever had or made soda bread.  It's a very dense bread (or at least mine was), but it was very good.  I loved the combination of the sweetness of the raisins and the nuttiness of the caraway seeds.

I'm not sure about anyone else but the number one reason that brings me back to Olive Garden is their signature breadsticks.  Their salad is very good as well, but even better when served with their breadsticks.  These taste exactly like the real deal.  No more take out for me.
