I have become totally obsessed with this dish from IHOP.  The bad thing is, there are over 1000 calories in the dish from IHOP.  Of course the hollandaise sauce is what makes the dish delicious, so I couldn't very well omit that.  I did, however substitute the eggs with a healthy egg substitute.  These garden stuffed crepes are delicious, try at your own risk of becoming addicted.

I had a recipe for spiced pumpkin cake years ago, but I wanted to dress it up a bit.  I was thinking more like a pumpkin version of a Boston Cream Pie.  This is what it turned out to be.  The cake is so rich and moist, unfortunately I was not able to get a good photo of the finished product.  This would make a great Thanksgiving dessert.

My daughter gave me a huge bag of frozen strawberries that she was not going to use.  I'm not really a fan of strawberries myself, but of course I couldn't let them go to waste.  A friend of mine is dieting with me and she was craving dessert so I made this for her.  The texture of the cake is similar to a tart rather than a cake.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  I was never a big fan of breakfast, but I always snacked a lot during the day.  Since starting my days with breakfast, it has cut down on my snacking.  These omelettes can be on the plate in less than 2 minutes. My future son-in-law requested this pie as his birthday dessert this year.  I'm not a fan of key lime pie so I've never made it, actually I've never had more than a bite.  The birthday boy said it was great, and it tasted just like key lime pie.   That's good enough for me!

I picked up a cookbook at the thrift store and was thumbing through it when this recipe caught my eye.  If you like strong orange flavor then you might like this just the way it is.  I thought it was a bit overwhelming. I would replace the orange juice with water, and probably only use one can of oranges.  Might even cut back on the sherbet and use more whipped topping.
