I have become totally obsessed with this dish from IHOP. The bad thing is, there are over 1000 calories in the dish from IHOP. Of course the hollandaise sauce is what makes the dish delicious, so I couldn't very well omit that. I did, however substitute the eggs with a healthy egg substitute. These garden stuffed crepes are delicious, try at your own risk of becoming addicted.

My Mom use to make stuffed peppers when I was a kid, of course I hated them. I really didn't care for bell peppers until just recently. I didn't want to make the traditional stuffed pepper with rice and ground beef, so this is my version of a stuffed pepper. It was quite tasty.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I was never a big fan of breakfast, but I always snacked a lot during the day. Since starting my days with breakfast, it has cut down on my snacking. These omelettes can be on the plate in less than 2 minutes. Served with a slice of toast or seasonal fruit and they provide a no excuses balanced breakfast.
